ABOUT ME
My name is Tobias Tomczak and I am an expert in digital marketing and management. After completing my master studies in accounting and finance at HSG St.Gallen, I pursued a PhD in digital transformation. Thereby, I specialised in data-driven consumer experience and management with a strong customer centricity. I have more than seven years of experience in marketing automation, CRM/CX, and digital marketing.
I am passionate of finding ways of how companies personalise and optimise their customer experience. I hereby focus on the entire customer journey from acquisition to retention as well as success identification. To digitally transform customer experience, I bridge customer internet psychology with business intelligence.
I support and consult companies to successfully digitally transform their business. I offer a wide range of consultancy work as well as workshops from strategy to implementation. I also teach at different international universities. I offer services in English, French, and German.
